Terms of Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and located in the United States to use the service. Accounts are for registered or approved customers and authorized TP personnel.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify TP of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent caused by TP.

The service

TP provides physical document printing, quality verification, mail preparation, postage procurement, and shipment-status services. TP does not draft, edit, verify the legal sufficiency of, or provide advice about customer documents.

TP is not a law firm, credit-repair organization, financial adviser, credit bureau, or government agency. No outcome, recipient response, credit result, legal effect, or delivery date is promised by the service.

Customer responsibilities

• Submit complete, accurate, lawful, and ready-to-print files and instructions.
• Verify recipient names, mailing addresses, return addresses, print options, and mailing selections before payment.
• Maintain all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful authority needed to upload, reproduce, process, and mail submitted content and personal information.
• Avoid submitting malicious code, unlawful material, infringing content, or information not reasonably necessary for the mailing.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable postal, privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and other laws.

Content license

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant TP and its service providers a limited, nonexclusive right to access, reproduce, process, store, and transmit that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested service and comply with law.

Order review and refusal

An automated acknowledgement or payment request does not require TP to accept or complete an order. TP may pause, reject, or cancel an order that contains unusable files, incomplete information, suspected fraud, prohibited content, security risks, unlawful instructions, or requirements outside the offered service.

TP may contact you for corrected files or instructions. Processing deadlines do not begin until payment and usable files have been received.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices and order details are shown before payment. Charges may include printing, mailing service, expedited processing, and applicable taxes or other disclosed amounts. You authorize TP and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the confirmed order.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless TP is legally required to collect and remit them. Payment processing is provided by a third party and may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Production and shipping

Standard orders are estimated to be tendered to USPS within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of usable files. A paid $25 expedited-processing option guarantees tender to USPS by the end of the next business day, subject to the detailed Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Expedited processing controls TP handling time only. Carrier transit and delivery remain subject to the selected USPS service and carrier operations. TP’s fulfillment responsibility ends when the completed order is tendered to USPS and marked shipped, except for reasonable assistance with available tracking or a confirmed TP error.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is available before printing begins. Once printing begins, an order is nonrefundable except where required by law or when TP confirms an error for which it is responsible. The Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Suspension and termination

TP may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, TP, service providers, or the public; respond to nonpayment, suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material breach; or comply with law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, content responsibility, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

Service availability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TP disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. TP does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, carrier performance, or any particular result from a mailed document.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business; or consequences of customer content, inaccurate instructions, recipient action, or carrier delay.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TP’s aggregate liability arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid TP for that order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TP and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted content, your instructions, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Oklahoma. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and general terms

TP may update these Terms prospectively. The revised Terms will display a new effective date, and material changes may be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without TP’s consent; TP may transfer them in connection with a business transaction or by operation of law.
