How TP handles personal information.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, business name, email address, account role, and login records.
• Order and fulfillment information, such as recipient and return addresses, document files, page counts, print preferences, mailing selections, order status, tracking details, and support messages.
• Payment and transaction information, such as amount, payment status, invoice identifiers, and limited billing details. Payment-card information is submitted to our payment processor rather than stored directly by TP.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, authentication activity, and information needed to prevent abuse and protect the service.
• Information you provide when requesting support, exercising a privacy right, or otherwise communicating with TP.

How we use information

• Create and protect accounts and authenticate users.
• Receive, price, print, verify, prepare, ship, and track orders.
• Process payments and maintain transaction and accounting records.
• Communicate about orders, account access, service changes, and support requests.
• Detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
• Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
• Maintain and improve the reliability and usability of our service.

Document contents and sensitive information

Customer-submitted documents may contain personal or sensitive information about the customer or another person. Customers must have the lawful authority to submit, reproduce, and mail that information and should avoid including information that is unnecessary for the intended mailing.

TP uses document contents only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested fulfillment service, or as required by law.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that help us provide the service, including hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payment processing, email, security, and mailing providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their functions.

• To USPS or another selected carrier to prepare, tender, track, and address mail.
• To a connected business platform when the customer submitted the order through that platform or authorized the integration.
• To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; protect rights and safety; investigate fraud or misuse; or enforce our agreements.
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Sale and targeted advertising

TP does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and carrier-related obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

Security

TP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information handled. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for promptly notifying TP of suspected unauthorized account use.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also ask questions about how information is used or disclosed.

Submit a request through your authenticated account message system or email send@tpprintandship.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Cookies and similar technologies

TP uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session continuity, and core service operation. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. TP does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through account registration.

United States processing

TP provides service in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States by TP and its service providers.

Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
