Customer policy

Shipping, cancellation, and refunds.

The operational rules that apply after a print-and-mail order is submitted.

Effective date: September 26, 2026

This policy applies to orders fulfilled by TP Print & Ship LLC (“TP”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

When processing begins

Processing time begins after TP receives successful payment and usable, ready-to-print files. If files are missing, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, the processing clock begins after the issue is corrected.

Standard processing

Standard orders enter the production queue in the order received. TP estimates that a standard order will be printed, prepared, and tendered to USPS within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of usable files.

The 2–3 business-day period is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Order volume, file issues, equipment interruptions, weather, emergencies, and circumstances outside TP’s reasonable control may affect timing.

$25 expedited processing

When the separate $25 expedited-processing option is selected and paid, TP guarantees that the order will be tendered to USPS by the end of the next business day after payment and receipt of usable files.

An expedited order completed on Friday will be tendered to USPS by the end of Monday, unless Monday is a federal holiday. In that case, the deadline moves to the end of the next business day.

Expedited processing applies only to TP’s production handling. It is separate from the USPS mailing service selected and does not guarantee a carrier delivery date.

USPS service and delivery

TP purchases the USPS service selected for the order and completes its fulfillment responsibility when the mail is tendered to USPS and the order is marked shipped. Any carrier transit or delivery date is an estimate unless USPS expressly provides its own guarantee for the purchased service.

TP records available tracking information and will reasonably assist with investigating a carrier issue. TP does not control USPS scans, transit, attempted delivery, forwarding, refusal, return, loss, delay, or delivery decisions.

Addresses and returned mail

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient and return-address information. Reprinting, additional postage, or reshipment caused by incorrect customer-provided information may require a new charge.

Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before printing begins by using the order message thread or emailing send@tpprintandship.com with the order number. A request is not effective until TP confirms the cancellation.

Once printing begins, the order cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable except where required by law or where TP confirms an error for which TP is responsible.

Refunds and corrections

An order canceled before printing begins is eligible for a refund of amounts paid for that order. Refund posting time depends on the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution.

If TP confirms a printing, preparation, or mailing error for which it is responsible, TP may reperform the affected service or issue an appropriate refund. TP does not refund an order solely because of a carrier delay, an inaccurate customer-provided address, recipient action, or dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of a customer-supplied document.
